Neptune Mint Choc Mojito

The punchy classic with a chocolate twist. 

INGREDIENTS

50ml Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced
12.5ml Cacao Dark Liqueur
Brown Sugar Cube
Fresh Mint Leaves
Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale

MAKE IT

Method: Crush the sugar cube with the Cacao. Rip, clap and drop the mint leaves in the glass. Add ice and add the Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced.  Stir and top up more ice and Ginger Ale.

Garnish: Mint Sprig

Glass: Collins or Highball
