Neptune Mojito

Method: ‘Slap’ the mint in your hand to release all the aromas. In a highball add Neptune Rum, Lime Juice, Sugar and the Mint Leaves. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a barspoon. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with some soda water

Garnish: Mint Sprig

Glass: Collins or Highball
