Method: Chill your coupe glass by filling with ice. Fill one of the shaker tins with tropical fruit juice. Add your double cream to the shaker and then a dash of passion fruit puree. Half fill the shaker with ice and add the Neptune Rum Caribbean Spiced. Add the lid to the shaker tin and give it a good shake.
Empty the ice from your coupe glass and then slowly pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into the glass.
