Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase within 1 to 2 days, sent by recorded delivery. Please note that a signature is likely to be required.

Our parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail, signed for, or DHL, depending on the pack contents. (We can only include up to 1L of alcohol in any Royal Mail parcel).
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, it is essential that all parcels are signed for by someone over the age of 18, on receipt. Please therefore provide an address where someone will be available to do this.
A tracking code is provided with your order, which will be sent to you by email upon despatch.
All our deliveries are carbon neutral. Using the Shopify Planet app, we fund companies such as 44.01, Carbofex, CarbonBuilt, CarbonCure, Charm Industrial, Climeworks, DroneSeed, Grassroots Carbon, Heirloom Carbon, Loam, Noya, Pachama, Planetary, Remora, Running Tide, and Sustaera. We pay the experts in groundbreaking technologies that remove carbon for a minimum of 1,000 years, leaving us to concentrate on producing exceptional spirits.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, having notified us within 7 days by emailing info@babco.co.uk that you wish to return them.
The returned product/products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items, please ensure they are securely packaged. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage for your return parcel, as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
As soon as we receive the returned products and providing they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Faulty items
If your delivered item is faulty when you receive it, please contact us at info@babco.co.uk quoting your order, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. We would also appreciate a photograph showing the fault. Please let us know whether you require a replacement or a refund and we will then advise on how to proceed with the refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
